Opening of P-kælder C.F. Møllers Allé
News — Ørestad

In December, a new parking garage will open at C.F. Møllers Allé. The parking garage is located under the new residential building, C.F. Møller's Garden. The parking garage has 131 parking spaces spread over two basement levels.

The parking garage has a total of 131 parking spaces, including 17 charging spaces for charging electric cars, 6 parking spaces for motorcycles and 4 parking spaces that are reserved for parkers with a valid disabled parking card. Payment is requirement.

The parking garage is built by Skanska A/S, from whom By & Havn subsequently leases the parking spaces. The parking garage is operated by the property C.F. Møllers Have, who is responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance.

Automatic number plate parking

The car park is equipped with ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Registration) cameras that automatically read the vehicle's number plate when entering and exiting.

Who can use this parking facility?

Parking is only permitted with a valid parking subscription from PARKinCPH, which is offered to residents and businesses in the area.

Parking subscriptions are purchased through your profile on PARKinCPH.

You can read more about our range of parking subscriptions on our website: www.parkincph.dk/produkter

The parking garage is part of By & Havn's overall parking solution in Ørestad Syd and Ørestad City.

Our parking subscriptions entitle you to park in a free parking space in the parking facilities that are included in your parking subscription.

In other words, parking is done on a first-come, first-served basis, so if all parking spaces in a given parking facility are occupied, then you have to drive on to the next parking facility.

ATTENTION Residents with a parking subscription from PARKinCPH, which gives access to P-hus 2 in Bellakvarter, do not have access to P-kælder C.F. Møllers Allé.

Guest parking

It is not possible to use parking apps for payment, nor is it possible to pay for parking in a payment machine. Parking is only possible with a valid parking permit from PARKinCPH.

Residents in the area who have a profile on PARKinCPH have the option of purchasing short-term parking via their profile if they wish to offer their guests the option of parking in the parking garage. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and it cannot therefore be guaranteed that there are free parking spaces in the parking garage for guests.

If there are no available spaces in the parking garage, please refer to parking in P-hus Bjerget or P-hus Edvard Thomsen, where it is also possible to pay for parking via parking apps and in payment machines.
